Outpatient treatment shall generally be intended for clients who may or may not have supportive resources, but are assessed as not appropriate for more intensive levels of treatment.
Education and treatment services for those arrested, convicted of, or receiving deferred prosecutions, sentences, or judgments for alcohol/other drug offenses related to driving.
Medical detoxification services shall be provided by licensed medical staff qualified to supervise withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs through use of medication and/or medical procedures in residential or outpatient settings.
Provided to persons whose opioid addiction and subsequent related behaviors necessitate prescribed daily doses of approved controlled substances.
